Q:  I have sensitive skin, and am hesitant to try new products. Is there someone I can talk to about my concerns prior to trying SkinOwl?
A:  We are always available to answer your questions at info@skinowl.com or 1-844-SKI-NOWL. Please feel free to email or call us anytime and a SkinOwl Team Member will get back to you usually within 24 hours.

Q:  What is your return policy?
A:  Customer satisfaction is a top priority for us. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept any returns for a full refund within 10 days of delivery. Please be sure to include the Return Form included in your original package. We will issue a refund via your original form of payment, usually within 72 hours of receiving the return. We regret that we are unable to refund the original shipping charge unless the return is due to our error.

For your security, please return your product with an insured courier (FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL) and retain your receipt with your tracking number. SkinOwl is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

If you wish to make a return, please print SkinOwl's Return Form and include in original packaging.


Q:  What is your privacy policy?
A:  We will not sell, share or trade any information you supply to us with a third party. Any information we collect is used to provide you with a better shopping experience and to facilitate us in fulfillment operations.

Q:  What types of shipping do you offer?
A:  We ship via USPS to the US and Canada. Please allow 1-2 days for processing in addition to the estimated delivery times below. Delivery rates are as follows within the 48 continental United States:

US Priority: $8.95/ Canada Priority: $14.95
Estimated delivery time: 1-3 days (West Coast) 4-5 days (East Coast) 5-7 Days (Canada)

US Express: $14.95/ Canada Express: $24.95
Estimated delivery time: 2 days

Hawaii and Alaska:
Ground: $18.95
Estimated delivery time: 3-4 days


Q:  How can I check the status of my order?
A:  We will email you a receipt once your item has shipped that will include a USPS tracking number. You can track your package on  www.USPS.com. If you need additional service, please contact our customer service department at info@skinowl.com.


Q:  Do you offer other products that are not available online?
A:  The SkinOwl always has something stirring in her nest. Sign up for Hoot News to be the first to learn about new products and to receive specials offers.


Q:  What is the best way to store my Beauty Drops?
A:  Storing your beauty drops in a cool, dark place is the best way to maintain its potency and increase its longevity.
